Following an acquisition the business needed to merge it finance functions and settle on one ERP system to replace the original AccPac and Open Accounts legacy systems.

Tasks

Sage 300 was chosen as an upgrade to the existing AccPac systems and a cost effective replacement for Open Accounts. 60+ legal entities operating over 30 currencies had to be migrated across and the e-commerce systems had to be integrated and data transformed to create Sage journals.

Results

Sage 300 was fully implemented over a six-month period and an Iman data transformation tool with >15,000 rules was developed to deal with the monthly transaction data.
