ERP / Financial System Implementation
Our role in acting as Project Manager and System Specialist, includes managing systems assessments, managing the implementation and integration of financial systems and Enterprise Resource Planning Platforms, whilst overseeing the Integration and fitting of the new systems, APIs and tools into existing IT and Operational Infrastructure. Following implementation, the training of staff and go-live of the systems, we provide Post Implementation Consultancy Services to fully embed the systems and processes.
