Following the restructure of a listed Group and the sale of various igaming activities, a Malta based company with different shareholders was formed to take over the activities that were being disposed of by the listed group.

Objectives

The brief was to create a standalone finance function to support the newly formed business. The finance function to be fully operational within six to nine months to support the operational activities of the various activities and domains being taken over from the listed group.

Tasks

  • Full recruitment from job specification to contracts of employment;
  • The implementation of new ERP and CRM system
  • The implementation of management information tools
  • To train finance and operational staff on process, procedure and the systems implemented.

Results

The New finance team were fully trained and operating as a standalone function within six months.
